I can't play my CB T Programs on my DVD Player.
Problem: I try to view my CBT programs that I received on CD on my DVD player at home or at the office and it does not work.
Resolution: These CBT programs are not designed to play on a D VD through your television. They are designed for play on your corporate Intranet or from a CD on a PC.

I get an error message Illegal character or use alpha and numeric characters.
Problem: When signing in I get an error message that I am using illegal characters or that I should only use alpha numeric characters. What should I do.

That message means that you may have inadvertently entered a space-bar character or any of the following characters which are unacceptable for sign in: !@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]\?/"'<,>.:;

Which questions did I miss on the exam?
I want to see which questions I missed on the exam.

- Click on your class
- In the upper left hand corner of the window click on GRADES.
- If there is no grades showing and you know you submitted your exam for scoring, please call our office. We will need to reset the grade book.
