Likely Cause: It is most likely that the username you want to use has already been selected.
Likely Solution:
- Select a new Username, perhap add a unique number after the name.
- If our office set up your student account, then the Username must match exactly that which was provided to your corporate contact.
- The text format is usually all lower case letters.
- If this does not solve the problem please call our office at (415) 948-5220 to reset your Username and Password.
