I Registered For The Wrong Class

I see that SkillsPlus Intl Inc. offers the following courses, and I made a mistake & registered/paid for the wrong course:
  1. California Designated Representative Training (drug or device wholesalers)
  2. California Exemptee Training (home medical device retailers, i.e., HMDR)
  3. California Designated Representative-3PL Training (third-party logistics providers, 3PL)
  4. California Designated Representative-Reverse Distributor
QUESTION:
  • What must I do to get enrolled in, or transferred into, the course that I really need?

ANSWER:
  • Do not take or study the content of the wrong course, in order to avoid having to pay for a course change fee.

Certificates for Exemptee and Designated Rep Course

I want to print my personal certificate but I can't find a way to do that.

The California Board of Pharmacy and the Department of Public Health each require that a SkillsPlus agent sign the documents in ink. As soon as you complete the final topic (requesting your completion certificates), we will send the documents to you.

Here’s How We’ll Send Your Completion Certificates

At a minimum (on a weekly basis), we process requests for training documentation received by 12 noon (PT) on Friday; after that 12 noon (PT) Friday deadline, your certificate will be delayed to the following week. The completion documents that we process are dropped off with FedEx on Monday.

As a part of the basic course registration fee, all certificates will be sent via FedEx Express Saver (typically delivered within 3 business days); this means our weekly shipments initiated on Monday, typically arrive on Thursday. During registration, you will have the option to request faster FedEx delivery methods for an additional charge (FedEx overnight is typically delivered by the close of the next business day). If FedEx overnight delivery is not available in your area, then the FedEx package  would be delivered on the 2nd day.

If you didn’t choose a faster FedEx delivery method initially, you can arrange for it, for an additional charge. Just contact us by:
