How do I get a receipt?
If you registered online, the receipt will be in your email or SPAM folder.
If you sent a PO, there is no receipt. The invoice is your receipt.
If you paid by check, there is no receipt. The invoice is your receipt.
If you registered with a credit card through our office, we will email to you a paid invoice with a credit card receipt attached.

No receipt after paying for classes
I paid online but did not get a receipt.

- The receipt was sent to the e-mail address that was used when the "ticket" for the class was purchased.
- If you used a different valid e-mail address to sign into the registration site, the receipt has been sent to that e-mail address.
- If you used a phantom e-mail address, you need to call our office to have a receipt re-issued.
- Check your e-mail account SPAM folder the receipt might be there.
- The receipt was sent from either CVENT or SkillsPlus. CVENT manages our secure online course registration service.
