On the "Enrolment options" page, you might have to scroll down to "Self enrolment (Student)" in order to type the enrollment key into the "Enrolment key" entry box.
I'm trying to enter the course that I've registered for. I'm prompted for an enrollment key. I've entered the confirmation number, and can't get into the course classroom to take the class.
Solution:
After you register and pay for a course (in the CVENT payment system), you're sent an email containing instructions and a(n):
- Enrollment Key - use this when trying to enter the course classroom for the first time. You'll be prompted for the Enrolment Key.
- Confirmation Number - this is a transaction reference number associated with your payment and registration through the CVENT payment system. This is not the enrollment key.
