- You registered for one of our courses using our CVENT online registration service, and you have not yet received a Registration Confirmation by email.
BACKGROUND
- When you complete course registration through our CVENT online registration service, you should expect to get a Registration Confirmation by email within about 15 minutes.
LIKELY CAUSE
- The CVENT online registration service reliably sends out a Registration Confirmation by email.
- Most commonly, when the email arrives at the Registrant's email system, it gets misdirected into some location other than the Inbox.
- For example, a Spam or Junk folder.
- Some other email folder, because of the Registrant's email filtering settings
RECOMMENDATION
- If you did not get a Registration Confirmation email within 15 minutes of registration, then:
- Try looking in your Spam, Junk, and other email folders
