No receipt after paying for classes

I paid online but did not get a receipt.

Likely Solution:
  • The receipt was sent to the e-mail address that was used when the "ticket" for the class was purchased.
  • If you used a different valid e-mail address to sign into the registration site, the receipt has been sent to that e-mail address.
  • If you used a phantom e-mail address, you need to call our office to have a receipt re-issued.
  • Check your e-mail account SPAM folder the receipt might be there.
  • The receipt was sent from either CVENT or SkillsPlus. CVENT manages our secure online course registration service.
