Enrollment key does not work

My enrollment key does not work.

Likely Solution:

My enrollment key doesn't work
The enrollment key must match exactly as it appears in the e-mail confirmation.
Capital letters must be capital and lowercase letters must be in lowercase.
If it has been a very long time since you logged into a course, the enrollment key could have been changed.
If you still need help: 1) call us at (415) 948-5220

Don't use the confirmation number
If you're prompted for an enrollment key, and entered the confirmation number, you won't be able to get into the online classroom to take the class. After paying, our CVENT payment system should email both: 1) an Enrollment Key - use this when trying to enter the course classroom for the first time, and 2) a Confirmation Number - this is a transaction reference number. This is not the enrollment key.
